From sourcing produce and peeling carrots to printing labels and building websites, Cache Canning is run entirely by me! A Utah native, when I'm not in the kitchen I can be found wandering around in the desert or in the garage building big art.
Supporting local is my top priority! I source as much local produce as I can, nearing 100% during the growing season. Our local farmers include Salty Dog Farm, Half Acres Farm, Pyne Farms, Fred Openshaw Farms and Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch.
I am incredibly proud to say my business is *nearly* zero waste! All food scraps are composted or fed to animals, I encourage customers to return their jars for reuse, and used lids (which can not be used again for canning) are saved and used for art projects.
I wanna hear from you!
